The project
The twenty Monaco agency contacted me to carry out a complete redesign of the Richmont Monaco site, using Wordpress, including layout, custom development tasks and several automation processes. Richmont is the Principality's flagship beauty and wellness institute, with an exemplary reputation in the field.
Customer needs
- Benefit from a new, modern and easy-to-use website
- Develop a parallel e-shop for the sale of its products, uncoupled from the corporate site
- Build customer loyalty with website tools
- Automate appointment and lead generation processes
The result
1 - Website redesign
The site and its navigation have been totally redesigned to guarantee a better user experience and a higher conversion rate. The customer has seen a drastic increase in daily bookings and contact requests.
2 - Creating a shop
The customer wanted an e-commerce site that was ten times the size of the corporate site: the shop was aimed at a more affluent clientele who wanted to carry out their treatments at home rather than at the institute. As a result, we created a simple, elegant site, using the graphic elements of the new charter. Only four luxury products are on sale.
3 - Automation
The final stage of the project was to enable the customer to save time and resources by automating time-consuming tasks, as well as enabling the automatic sending of marketing emails. We chose to create a medical form in three languages, enabling us to retrieve a lead, insert it automatically into the customer's CRM (Zoho) and send an automatic email to the customer with a discount on the treatment provided at the end of the form.
To do this, I used Make to create automated workflows, linked to the customer's email and CRM.
