What the teams I’ve worked with say.

Translated from French.

Going beyond simply “building a website” to create a real technical asset. That’s what I was looking for with WordPress, and it’s exactly Guillaume’s approach. Beyond execution, he brings a structural perspective: clean architecture and raw performance under the hood. Expert work, straight-talking communication and immediate results. I’d work with him again without hesitation.

I had the chance to work with Guillaume on the OneStock project, especially on the WordPress side. The integration was flawless: Guillaume knows WordPress inside out, both technically (custom endpoints, REST API, ACF) and in terms of best practices. He adapted quickly to the project’s constraints and delivered clean, reliable work. I recommend him without hesitation for any project that needs real WordPress expertise.

Guillaume created the website and visual identity of my company RESPAWN HR entirely from scratch. Very professional, available and attentive, but also proactive and always relevant. He fully understood my expectations, advised me with accuracy and creativity, and met the deadlines he set. The quality of the website, the visual identity and the other deliverables is flawless. I recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for reliable, human, high-quality support.

Proud to have worked with Guillaume at Docaposte. He’s the kind of person you rarely meet: rock-solid technically, but above all able to pass on what he knows with simple, clear teaching and no ego. An impressively versatile profile: UX/UI, web development, product thinking, fast problem-solving. He understands topics in depth and can go from vision to execution without getting lost. Beyond the skills, what I remember most is the person.

Thibaut DalmassoUX/UI Designer · Docaposte

I worked with Guillaume on mockups and a website for a very demanding client in the luxury sector. Very responsive, he fully understands what’s at stake. It’s as if he were part of the team. We can’t wait to work with him on other projects.

Several projects together and I highly recommend him. A talented developer with a real feel for UX/UI. He knows Figma inside out and can turn an idea into a clear, modern and intuitive interface. Always professional, responsive and proactive, Guillaume brings real added value to every project.

Guillaume knows his subjects and never hesitates to build on his expertise with curiosity and hard work. Always on time with his deliverables, sharp in his analysis, and on top of that a pleasant person who is easy to work with. I can only recommend him.

On the SaaS Office apps, a memorable encounter, both personally and professionally. An expert, one of those who make complicated things look simple. The Design System he created for our apps changed everything: look and feel, navigation, but above all the ability to maintain and evolve our web and mobile apps quickly. Pragmatic, respectful of time and resource constraints, he fits right into dev teams. In short, a game changer.

Renaud DecondeChief Engineer · SaaS Office

Guillaume is simply a machine. At SaaS Office, his technical expertise and output were impressive. What really sets him apart is his sharp mind and how much he brings to the table. He doesn’t just follow instructions: he analyzes, challenges and always proposes alternatives to iterate more efficiently. A facilitator and an ideal partner for building ambitious products.

FAQ

Questions I get often.

Rates, tools, ways of working.

Freelance or employee?

Both, in theory! In 2026 I’m focusing on freelance work: going back to a salaried job isn’t on the cards, unless something great comes up. Either way, I’m available to work with your team.

Do you work in product teams or solo?

It depends on the mission. On senior UX missions for large companies, I join product squads (PM, dev, business, legal, security). On design + dev projects, I often run things alone, or with one or two partners.

Do you do accessibility?

Yes, always. RGAA on French public sector projects, WCAG AA minimum elsewhere. I handle it from the wireframes: it’s far cheaper than fixing it at the end.

How much does it cost?

€450 per day (excl. VAT) for long missions, directly or through an umbrella company. For website projects, a fixed quote after a first call: I scope the work and milestones before pricing, so there are no surprises later.

On site or remote?

I travel around the French Riviera and Monaco, and to Paris now and then. Anywhere else, it’s remote.

Your tools?

Figma for design. WordPress, Astro and Tailwind for code. VS Code, Git, Linear or Notion depending on the team.

Can you work with my dev team?

Yes, often. I deliver clear, documented Figma specs, or code that’s ready to integrate, whichever suits the team.
